I can recommend one. Yourself. And the best part..it's free. There was a recent thread here recently about personal trainers. My view is that (now more than ever as our standards of living are expected to decrease by 12% over the next 2 years) they are completely unnecessary (and might I add extravagant) expenditure. You can set yourself your own targets and use your own self motivation to achieve them. Use the internet to download menus, fitness programs etc., all free of charge.
