I had the same problem.All you have to do is go to [broken link removed] click on download drivers and then click on pceye2000 update.
You will then download a zipped file,open it .
You will have to double click on a setup icon to begin the installation of the update after the file is unzipped,the rest is easy.
This should fix your problem.
