Hi Guys

Looking for recommadations for a pbx system that we can use with the ISDN FRA, from eircom and one that is future proof and can integrate with VOIP.

Any help appreciated.

What size ?
How many extensions are you looking for, what sort of features, how many trunks ?

Hi sorry

Was abit vague. It will be for a small business with 5 extensions.

The features would be Auto Attendants, Call Back, Automatic Daylight Saving Time Adjustment, Call Hold,Call Park,Call Pick-Up, Caller Display, Do Not Disturb, Ease of Installation and Configuration, Line Hunt Groups, Music on Hold, Remote Extensions & Management, Voicemail and Caller Line Indentity to name but afew.

We are currently using Blueface and will keep using them but we are having alot of problems with our broadband provider so were looking to go the ISDN FRA route. The PBX systems should serve our PSTN needs and voip.

Hope this helps

For 5 extensions, do you mean BRI instead of FRA ? or even analoge ?

If you are up to it, then a small voip pbx wold suit you I would think, one with analog ports on it for your trunks (how many trunks/lines).

I've played around with a linksys SPA9000, but found the support to be very poor.
