Payment using an Post - scam?

A person is offering to pay me via an Post, including the postage charge for the item.
I have never heard of this before. Is this a bit dodgy?

Do you know/trust this person?

My browser flashed up warnings when I clicked on the link.

The basics look dodgy. That's not an an Post URL. I would expect all genuine an Post links to end in anpost.com.

I agree its probably a scam. Very believable though.
Shows the person's name and address. I am tempted to reply .. i will call around to exchange the goods for cash.
