Part Pension Entitlement

I am living oversea's and I will be 65 next year.

The department of social security has informed me that I have an average of 13 stamps per year.

I also currently receive a small pension for 6 years I spent in the civil service.

Try as I might I can't make sense of what am I entitled too when/if I reach the pension age of 66 as the literature is difficult to comprehend on ones own.

Are both the social security and the civil service pension paid seperately or do they become just the one pension when I turn 66.

I read somewhere that up to 3 years of civil service contributions can be converted to full stamps. Is this advantageous to me?

Can anyone please advise me of the above.

Thanks in advance.
