Also, have been told that the advertised time of 40/45mins for the bus transfer is way off. More likely takes 2 hours.

You've just made the decision for me. Seems like a lot of hassle that will def. not be needed with 3 kids hanging of us. All we want to do is land and get to the park asap.
Have looked at a few sites for private minibuses and the average price seems to be around €170 - €190, sounds good value if we can there quicker.
Isn't there a RER train from CDG that could connect to Disney which has train station?
Surely all you have to do is cross the platform, as both lines at this stage are running west - east?Not easily. You would have to take RER B to Chatelet Les Halles which is one of the busiest, most complicated and unpleasant train stations in Paris and change there to RER A to Marne La Vallee.

Wouldn't be too bad for adults only (with light luggage) but would not recommend it for people travelling with children.
