Can anyone recommend a painter/decorator in North Dublin City?

Also, what would be a rough estimate of the cost of painting a smallish 3-bed house internally?

i can wholeheartedly recommend a good irish painter, who undercut a lot of poles when he did my house. I employed him because he did a paint job on a refurbished old house for a friend of mine, and he was very clean, meticulous and punctual.

Any idea what sort of quotes I'd get for the following work done -

Hallway, stairs and landing - painted
Bathroom ceiling - painted
Room 1 (approx 11 x 11ft) - wallpaper stripped, wall skimmed (necessary?) and painted
Room 2 (approx 11 x 11ft) - wallpaper stripped, wall skimmed and painted
Room 3 (approx 11 x 10ft) - painted
