OPF & New Partner

Hi

I have been in receipt of OPF but am now on the back to education scheme. I receive rent supplement.

I am now in a new relationship.

Can my new partner stay over for a certain amount of nights without affecting my payments?

If we move in together what happens my payments? He is in receipt of jobseekers benefit.

(i know its not ideal, he is a graduate thats been unsuccesful in obtaining work)
 
He will bevome your 'aprtner' when he moves in so you will no longer be entitlede to OFP under current rules.
