Thanks. That's all I needed. I have applied for the certificate and it sent me back an automated email stating this which threw me. I'm guessing this is for people who were not exempt then.If exempt, we didn't have to register.
Does this include a house which didn't pay the liability and the ensuing fines ? I presume someone can't just refuse to pay it and then sell the house after 2025 is still liable ?.The NPPR will drop off the radar in 2025 - 12 years after it ended in 2013 - the Statute of Limitations prevents any action being taken and it becomes irrelevant
