Is there any remittance style protections from DIRT for people non-domiciled in Ireland

As I understand it there is remittance protection from other income for non-doms if the money is not brought into Ireland

Not for DIRT, the remittance basis doesn't apply to DIRT, so you are supposed to pay it to Revenue even if you don't remit the money to Ireland
