Yes it worked when I first installed it in September. Haven't used it for a few months now, in which time I have installed numerous Windows Updates. Could these have affected it?
I'll attempt to uninstall & reinstall it to see if that helps.
Backup first. I have no idea if an uninstall will remove any data stored locally. On the other hand if everything you need is on the phone then this may not matter. Maybe remove the existing version, download the latest version from the Nokia website and install that and see what happens.
