There's a long and very considered article on Norman Foster, the architect, in last week's New Yorker.

It focuses on Foster's global business and personal wealth more than his architectural designs per se.

It seldom happens that people in the services sector achieve such a standing and wealth.

So it is therefore an article long overdue, I think.

That New Yorker article on Norman Foster really scooped the Man United Stadium job (cf. paragraph 7) just announced this morning at 10 am.
