Just wondering what are people's thoughts on this article. I caught a bit of it on the news yesterday eve. They say(NAMA) they're gonna make some deal with AIB and BOI in the Autumn about helping first time buyers get on the property ladder....
Here's my situation in brief - Savings of 21000 with Ulster bank, salary 50k, currently renting a 1 bed @ 800pm, hopefully ready to buy early next year.
