FETAC are generally good as an introduction. They would be useful to see if you liked a particular topic and wanted to go on to further study. What level is the FETAC and are there options to continue in further study if you so wish? Level 3's are consider in some colleges for admission, depending on the grades you achieve, usually a merit or distinction. Check with course provider.
