Mortgage - Variable Rate Calculator

Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a calculator that produces a graph that gives an estimate on mortgage repayments based on estimated % interest rates on a yearly basis over the life term of a mortgage for variable mortgages ?

So for example - on the line graph you can see per year, how much your mortgage repayments will be based on estimated variable rates for each year.
