Mortgage Interest

I have paid interest only on a mortgage for the last five years, (approx over 30k),if I was in a position to clear the mortgage of 125k, is it possible to get it reducted, due to the fact of the amount of Interest only paid. Do I have any power to bargain with the Bank.
