They had 8 complaints fully upheld against them which is more than the next 8 combined!
I know that they are a large institution, but it does seem that they are taking a very aggressive attitude to complaints.
IIRC, the Ombudsman said at one stage that one institution was using his office as the Complaints Office for the company and not resolving them at all. He must have been referring to Irish Life.
