Media City, Salford Quays, Manchester

This recent block ,The Bayley is across the bridge from Leftbank, again a sound place, but i'd heard that the lifts break down often. This flat on the top floor looks like a decent enough blank canvas with some damn fine views (albeit they've cut off the railway lines beneath. I see that its been reduced £50 since last Autumn. Definately a one go below £200 perhaps? Or a block to end up as social housing?

As far as i know its past Weaste and nearer to Eccles town centre if i'm right. It's not somewhere i'd particularly fancy walking round of an evening to be honest although its on a handy metrolink route into Manchester.
 
There seem to be an awful lot available to rent. Not a very nice area.
