If you return to work part time after maternity, having been a full time employee prior to maternity, are you entitled to your full compliment of holidays up to the date of return that would have been accrued while on maternity leave, or are you only entitled to a fraction of them as you return as a part time employee?
 
Maternity leave is treated as normal employment so if you have accrued holidays then you are entitled to them as far as I know. If your terms of employment (e.g. switch to part time from full time) then it may depend on how this transition is effected (e.g. replacement of the old contract of employment with a new one and/or the termination of the original employment and start of the new one) as to whether you are entitled to carry over the accrued holidays or payment in lieu.
