There was a lot of discussion between the building owner & the current occupant (Aus Travel) regarding the rent and rent review due in october and it has only been sorted in the past few days.

With my end of legals only starting, a realistic date is end July / early August.

These things never go smoothly!!

Location is next door to Fox Cigar store - opp. trinity college.
