Best Buy Looking for a 27" or larger IPS 4k monitor for use with laptop

I am currently looking for two 27" or larger IPS monitors for use with my laptop. My distance from screen will be 75 cms. I currently doesn't play any games but may do that in future. I would need speakers on the monitors.

I was looking at 4K, but most of them have only 60hz refresh rate. Any thing with higher refresh rates are very highly priced.

Shall I go for a WQHD 27" monitor with high refresh rate?

Will a 32" monitor fit my desk considering the 75 cms viewing distance?

Which brands are best?

Any good offers running at the moment?

If you have space for it a sub-woofer on the floor and separate speakers even behind the screens will give much better sound.

There is not much space on my desk to put speakers though there is plenty of space on floor. Not a big audiophile. Or I can put a small desk soundbar that would do the job.

I have a similar set to the above and it works well for my needs (mostly video calls). The small speakers can be put on a shelf or elsewhere out of the way.

If desk space is tight and there is a wall behind where the screen is going, you could consider wall mounting the screen to reclaim some extra space underneath.
 
Would it be advisable to buy a single 32" monitor and use several desktops on it for various tasks rather than buying two 27" monitors?
