Just wondering what the time limit is for mortgage drawdown? I got loan approval mid April but now won't need to drawdown on loan until end August (originally thought it would be end May). Think I saw somewhere that drawdown has to be within a certain period (3 months perhaps?).
Anyone know?
Will I have to reapply?
