Because she said it did. I am not sure that it does, so that is why I said "if your figures are correct".

Property is renting at 1100pm (we could get more, but have good tenants) and that covers all the expenses (mortgage, managment fee and mortgage protection).
 
Fair enough but Fiona said the rent is covering all expenses (which I doubt) but that doesn't mean the apartment is cash flow neutral when tax is factored into the equation.
