I have a portfolio statement here now.
It's an Ark Life Lifelong Protection, now Aviva/AIB.
I'm listing the columns of info and what they have in:
Names: Mr & Mrs Fraggle
Gross or Net: Blank
Policy Number:
Type of Policy: Lifelong Protection
Start Date: x/x/98
Initial Sum Assured: 215k
Monthly Premium: 63
Premiums to Date: xxxx
Value at 22/12/12: Gross: Blank, Net: Blank
That is all I have. I guess I need to ring them to get the policy doc unless the above indicates something?
