Leo Varadkar should tell us who is running the country

Leo recently implied that the people who call the shots in his Party are not its public leadership but "men in grey suits". Besides what this says for gender balance in FG surely we are entitled to know who these people are.

Perhaps in the line of the ongoing dealings with hospital consultants, the longer waiting lists, the situations in Accident & Emergency, the high costs of private medical insurance, the medical card lunacy etc etc perhaps Leo would be kind enough to inform us who is running the HSE also?
