Health policy Laya Health Insurance.

At moment I hold Laya Flex 500 Explore insurance. This has excess of e500 per claim for inpatient. I am wondering about Signify policy with Laya with excess of e250 for first two inpatient claims. Could anybody advise on which policy is best.

Signify is better on excess but Flex 500 Explore has 20% shortfall on certain procedures.
So for scans and most procedures Signify is better but not say for a hip replacement.
