You wont need drawings as such if permission is required which is highly unlikely. A site layout plan showing the location of the structure will suffice.has the dwelling been habited within the last 7 years??? does it have a roof and windows??
contact your local authority to to see what their policy regarding demolition of dwellings are.... usually it needs planning permission..... therefore you will need drawings of the dwelling....
sorry syd. Sub article 24, Part 4, chapter 1 of the http://www.environ.ie/en/Publications/DevelopmentandHousing/Planning/FileDownLoad,1487,en.pdf (2006 Regs) is quite clear on this. No plans required.sorry, nutty nut... you WILL need drawings of the dwelling if you wish to apply to demolish... this became a statutory requirement since the enactment of the planning and development regulations of 2001.... artical 23...
No problem. It arose in a job I was involved with just recently and thats how I became aware of it.thank you for clearing that up for me nuttynut......
i was not aware of this ammendment.....
always good to keep up to speed with planning regs....
