Is there a claw back on KBC 3000 cash back if to pay off entire mortgage within certain time frame

"contribution of €3,000 towards professional fees (legal and valuation costs) is available if the Loan is drawndown on or before 30th June 2018 only. Customers drawing down in stage payments will only qualify for the contribution if the initial stage draws down on or before 30th June 2018. The contribution is available to customers switching the mortgage on their principal private residence to KBC from another financial institution. The payment of the contribution will be made by electronic transfer within 30 days of the drawdown of the Loan to the account from which the monthly mortgage repayment is or will be paid. The Lender reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, withdraw or change the terms on which this contribution is available at any time at its sole discretion."
