Looking for guidance, my parents home is owned by both parents. My father passed away 10 years ago, mother still alive.
There's a judgement mortgage on the home issued in 2013 to my dad by revenue. I'm looking to move into the property to look after my mam with my family and sell my own home.
Have contacted Revenue regarding this still there as my father is deceased. If I move into the family home and my mother passes away can the sale be forced. Nobody could answer my question. Can someone steer me in the right direction of who could help me. It's too big a risk for me to sell my home and move in to care for my mam if I wasn't secure after she passes.
