Thank you, I do intend to stick it out.
According to my legal advice the scenario isn't unusual but in most cases they is either truth in the allegations so the accused party backs down or probate is agreed by all parties and instigated, with the financial issues subsequently battled out.
Unfortunately neither applies in my case my siblings solicitor is prooving illusive and my solicitor with my best interests at heart is trying to solve the issue with as little financial impact as possible by avoiding unnecessary letters and applications to the court.
Its many years since I was able to have a civil conversation with my siblings so it will be a relief to finally have closure.
