C cally1990 Registered User Messages 131 20 Feb 2024 #2 Standard cut off point for you : 42000 Your husband 42000 Then Credits (assuming ye only have personal and PAYE/employee each) Then You : 3750 Your husband :3750 There is no benefit in moving the rate band as ye both as under the standard Rate of income tax

Thanks for that, hubby works alot of overtime so it can push him over slightly
