jobseekers and holidays

Hi All


Youve been a great help before so here goes! Ive been filling out the jobseekers yellow X's and O's slip for the last few months, what do i do for when Im going on holidays...i know i write H in the boxes but do i still get paid for this? Do i need to let the Social Welfare office know that Im going on holidays or just fill out the slips as normal?

Get a holiday form from your local social welfare office and hand it back in at least 2 weeks before you in away.If you get paid by cheque,it should arrive as normal.

thanks vandriver...i only ask because ive gotten a form thru the post asking me about what holidays ive taken and have been paid for. I didnt realise I had to put the "H" on the form until a work colleague mentioned it! Ive re-posted above, being more specific! thanks!
