Is engineer obliged to make 2nd visit to house?

My engineer did a survey and snag list on a house that we are buying.
All snags have been fixex nowaccording to auctioneer. Should the engineer go back to the house to check this or would I have to pay him again?

This comes down to "What did you pay him and what was it for?"
If you paid him circa €350-400 to do a snag list and he attended and did this then his work is complete.
If you paid him to cover an additional site visit and follow up check/snag list and he has yet to do this and give him a bell.
This is the sharp end of the housing market at the moment and carries huge risk for relatively litte reward for the building professional.
