I am looking for recommendations on a policy with Irish Life. We are 2 adults, 44 and 47 and 2 kids, 13 and 10. Moving from a VHI policy we have had for years.
Annually we claimed back very little for GP costs and one of us was in hospital possibly twice in the last 10 years.
I was on an excellent VHI company plan with no excess and all day to day expenses covered which was rarely used.
So mainly I am looking for something with hospital cover and minimal excess. Day to day GP cover is not necessary.
Maternity cover not needed.
Due to the fact that we have claimed very little in the last few years I am looking for something cost-effective for us all. It needs to be Irish Life as it will be partially paid by my company.
I would also like some advice on what it will actually cost to cover husband and 2 kids if my cover is paid for by my company but I have to pay for the others.
