Due to the iPod having a non standard connection (it isn't a mini USB - well, at least my iPod Nano isn't, can't say I know for sure on the other models [they replaced the standard mini USB with a much wider connection at the base of the unit, one of my biggest gripes about it]), a specific iPod charger is needed. Should be handy to pick one up on Grafton St. or anywhere around town, but not sure of the best value. If you mean USB chargers that plug into a mains socket then see here.

(I'd suggest it may be possible to get some sort of adapter for the iPod connection to allow charging with a mini USB/other cable, but I havn't come across one)
If you can wait a few weeks for delivery from Hong Kong, you can buy USB to Dock Connector cables very cheaply on [broken link removed].
You can then buy one of the power to USB devices which Clubman spoke of if you need to charge it at home.
Incidentally, the iPod Shuffle has is an actual USB connection although it is not rated at full USB 2.0 speeds.
