I know that I can buy them through NIB, but at the telephone execution (not one of the 13 counties that you can do through E-Banking) rate which is a minimum of EUR50, or 1.5% (i think) on less than EUR10k. I know that the cover the Toronto, but also the Vancouver exchange also as I had some enquiries re purchasing a Vancouver listed share.
