Insurance company/broker mess up insurance cert

I asked my insurance broker to change my car insurance into my married name, (i am man and I changed my name on marriage). I received the new cert Yesterday (tuesday) and I noticed that they altered the name of the named driver too. This was not requested. His name was correct on the old cert and now they altered it.

Questions, is the named driver still covered even though they messed up here? I assume I can force the broker/company to change it?

Report the error to them in writing or by email asap to show that you've been acting in good faith.
 
The policy will be based on the information that you provided and cover will apply to the people you noted. I suspect that this is simply a administrative error, simply ask them to amend it, state both names on a letter/email. cover will apply in the case of an accident
