Inner zone/outer zone (irish rail)

does anyone know what areas Inner Zone and Outer Zone incorporate with regard to Dublin commuter rail tickets - seems to be no explanation on irishrail.ie.

I know I could mail IE but this is a much faster service!!

Inner:
Rush/Lusk, Bray,
Hazelhatch and Maynooth.

Outer:
Balbriggan, Kilcoole,
Hazelhatch and Maynooth.
