Inheritance Tax

Myself & two siblings are hoping to buy a property in France. We have been told that the inheritance/succession tax laws are very different to Ireland. Does anyone know where I could get more information on this in Ireland?

I only have a vague idea in relation to this that one cannot disinherit ones children in France, so if you buy in your personal name in France with siblings, things start getting very complicated if one of you dies. However AFAIK, you can set up a company and buy through the company, and for some reason these inheritance issues don't come into it? This doesnt apply to leasebacks, I think, as you cannot buy these through a company, or at least that's what my French broker told me.
