Just express each index number in the series as a percentage of the value of the index number in the new base year that you select eg if you want 2005 to be the base year the value of the index for 2011 would be 122.5 divided by 111.3 multiplied by 100 which is 110.06 which means prices have increased by about 10% form 2005 to 2011.
