Inflated Salaries On Mortgage File. Will Mortgage Provider Be Brought To Task?

I am most certainly not looking to get out of this mortgage. We are paying interest at present and hoping to return to full capital and interest payments as soon as we can sort ourselves out. No bogus payslip or P60 was issued by either of us. The bank have mislaid all our origional financial documents and the broker claims to hold no copies of documents.

I do however agree that hyped up style payslips were the order of the day, but not in this case.

I have no interest in suing anybody, our aim is merely to show them that they were not without fault at the time.
 
I have to agree that this is not particularly news. It is shocking non the less but it isn't news.

I know of two brokers who were sitting cosy with some bankers.
