Because, based on questions posted in new threads, few if any posters bother to read "How to use Askaboutmoney" or refer to older posts in threads relating to their "unique and terribly urgent" enquiries and problems. See posts by @Sue Ellen@ClubMan and even @mathepac God help us, early in new threads for evidence of this.
