Visa fraud is not sorted but thankfully they adjusted my balance until the issue is resolved.
As for the Laser account... far from sorted (at least 4 weeks). Interestingly I've never used my laser card on the web so it should have set off alarm bells for the banks. I've requested that my laser never be used for web transactions again but I don't think I'll be able to do this. If any bank can provide this I'd be very interested in switching.
Also, I noticed a paypal transaction on my statement for around 1.50 before all the other transactions appeared so perhaps there is a link.
