I need PTSB's consent to sale

Hi , can I ask did you get your mortgage through? We have just found out that our sale agreed house in Oct 21 is subject to consent also and wondering how long this takes to get from vendor

Have you guys get it sorted? And how long did it take?
My sale agree was in start of August 2023, seller got the title deeds in November, and then the same situation after signing the contracts - need a letter of consent from Ptsb... Waiting for that more than 3 months now...

Have you told them how you are planning to deal with the shortfall?
