How to use internet to cut mobile call costs

That was my experience with a weak NTL connection. Blueface VOIP was unreliable. I had much better results with Skype. But it was just simpler to use UTV package as I was on it anyway. I have to relook at it now as theres better combined packages now, and I think my phone line now passes the test. It didn't previously.
