How much defines a wealthy person

You're Wealthy if (for your lifestyle) you have more money than you can spend.

You're Rich if you can afford anything that you want. But maybe not everything that you want.
 
I am wealthy.
I have a house that I own and that I can afford to run.
I have two holidays a year and a 05 and a 161 car in the driveway.
My parents are in their 70's alive and healthy, my husband and step children are healthy.

Wealthy and content.
