How long waiting for BT broadband?

Well my issue was sorted out to my satisfaction - but I had to phone them and leave the phone on speaker for the 30 minute wait whilst getting on with something else. It seems that email is a waste of time - which is ridiculous - as you would imagine it would be easier for both the customer and BT to deal via mail - but there you go.
The query I had related to a charge under 'other fees' - turned out to be a wireless router which to my mind should have been charged long ago.

I suppose I will stick with them for now (changing is just going to be another nightmare) - their deal is still the cheapest for now anyways.
