How long for the Ombudsman to process a Tracker Complaint

I have a case with the FSPO re a Tracker for the past 4 years although I applied for a Tracker Mortgage in 2007. Papers were signed in 2008 in front of my Solicitor (biggest firm in country) but Bank changed terms prior to funds draw down. Today, my patience has run out. I'm owed a fortune.

We're now at the 2 year mark in adjudication.
No sign of a preliminary decision although we have been told that we are in the advanced stages.
Has anybody else waiting moved forward to preliminary decision?
I'm same on 18 month mark and still with adjudicator....not sure what happens from here, are we notified of preliminary decision before it's published.... do we respond to a preliminary decision ?

Yes, the Ombudsman will issue you and the lender a Preliminary Decision and give you maybe 15 working days to respond.

If neither side responds, then they will confirm their decision.

If either side responds, they will send the response to the other side and it could take a few months.

It is not an opportunity for another go at the case - it is purely to correct an error of fact or an error of law.
