Never mind the dealer, ring and talk to the secretary and if you tell the tale as you told it here - I'd bet you'll get a bit further in finding the Passion Wagon concerned. Good luck with it :)

Technically, there would still be a breach, as the data owners have a legal obligation only to use the data for the purpose for which it was intended.
