How can I close a UB eSavings account?

Through one way or another I managed to open two Ulster Bank eSavings accounts and only need one. I plan to open a UB eSavings Plus account and to reduce the clutter I would like to close the second eSavings account.

Does anyone know how I close it however? I tried reducing the balance to zero but it's still there. There doesn't seem to be any customer service details to contact about this....anyone have any ideas? Not an urgent thing but it would be nice to get an answer! Thanks

They tried to charge me for closing my account but I reduced it to zero first, then told them to close it.
